Two More Restaurants for Palazzo: Emeril Lagassee and Upscale Mexican

Chef Emeril Lagasse will open his “Table 10” restaurant and New York based B.R. Guest will open their upscale Mexican restaurant, Dos Caminos at the Venetian’s Palazzo in January 2008. Table 10 is Lagasse's third restaurant in Las Vegas. Lagasse's other venues are Delmonico Steakhouse and Emeril's New Orleans Fish House. Lagassee hasn’t released much information on Table 10. All Lagassee would say is, “I can't wait for everyone to see what we've got planned for this restaurant.”

Las Vegas will be the fourth outpost of the Mexican cuisine mecca Dos Caminos and the first time outside of New York City. The restaurant will offer authentic, innovative Mexican fare such as Roasted Chicken Enchiladas with Mole Poblano and Salsa Verde, Lamb Shank Barbacoa, Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak with Frijoles Borrachos and Roasted Tomato Salsita as well as Chilean Sea Bass Veracruzano. Food & Wine magazine rated the restaurant’s made-to-order guacamole as "New York City's Best." The breakfast menu which is served at 11:30 daily, features items such as Rancheros, Chilequiles Con Huevos (Baked Tortilla Casserole with Sunny-Side-Up Eggs), Pan Torrejas (Mexican- Style French Toast with Toasted Pecan Maple Syrup and Fresh Berries) and Mexican Benedict, available daily. Dos Caminos will have room for 700.

These restaurants join the outstanding line up of top restaurants that will open at the Palazzo: Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club, Carnevino, SushiSamba, Morels, Trotter, Mainland and the Woo Restaurant. Las Vegas is further burnishing its image of a top restaurant city in the country.
